Fastener components and panel arrangement
The first drawing identifies the main components of the assembly, including the knob, ferrule, flare-in fastener body and press-in buckle.
It also shows the separate preparations for Panel 1 dan Panel 2. Panel 1 receives the TurnLock body, while Panel 2 receives the mating buckle.

Install the TurnLock body in Panel 1
Position the TurnLock on a suitable anvil with the smooth operating surface supported as shown in the drawing. Place Panel 1 over the flare-in section of the fastener.
Use the specified punch to flare the fastener body into the panel. Keep the punch, fastener and panel aligned throughout the operation.
Apply only the installation force required to form the flare. Excessive force can deform the panel or restrict movement of the quarter-turn mechanism.

Install the buckle in Panel 2
Press the buckle into the prepared opening in Panel 2 using the orientation and dimensions shown in the component drawing.
The buckle must sit flat against the panel and remain centred beneath the TurnLock pin. Misalignment can prevent the fastener from locking correctly.
